Technical coordinator for a small oilfield tool company, I was introduced to RPG's in the 70's with the advent of 1st Ed AD&D My first games were with shipmates as a player, and then when I left the Navy, I DM'd for my brother and some friends. I was always a fan of Tolkien and in my scenarios, there were always elements of Middle Earth, whether it be names and places, or mock re-enactment of events in the books. Then in the mid-eighties I discovered ICE publications, and I was in Tolkien heaven. Even today, I am as enthralled and delighted with Middle Earth as I ever was.
